Posture 16 Misalign bones in slanting body


                      第十六式  斜身挫骨

                      Turn left, pull the left arm forward and back, and put the right fist at
                 the waist (Figure 3-16-1);

                      Take a right step. Hook the right arm inward, and push the left hand
                 outward to create an internal and external force (Figure 3-16-2).

                      左转身,左臂前引后捋,右拳收于腰间(图3-16-1);上右步,右
                 臂向内勾挂,左手外推成内外挫力(图3-16-2)。
