Posture 5 Bowing strike


                       第五式  鞠躬八打
                       (1) Bow

                       (一)鞠躬

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-

                       预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地

                       Right posture: Clench your fists and take a left step forward (Figure

                   3-5-2); Simultaneously, both fists lift from bottom to front (Figure 3-5);
                   Close your fists together above your head, with purlicue facing up, and

                   bend your legs to squat down (Figure 3-5-4).
                       右势:双拳紧握,向前上左步(图3-5-2);同时双拳自下向前攉挑

                   (图3-5-3);双拳并拢过头,拳眼向上,双腿屈膝下蹲(图3-5-4)。
