Posture 6 Chop


                       第六式  劈

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                   der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-

                   ping the ground (Figure 3-6-1).
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                       预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地
         原步通臂拳二十四式  (图3-6-1)。

                       Cross arms in front of your chest, with left arm outside and right arm
                   inside. Take a step to the left with left foot and twist body to the left (Figure

                   3-6-2).
                       双臂胸前交叉,左臂在外,右臂在里,左脚向左跨一步,身体向左

                   拧转(图3-6-2)。
