Left posture: Bend both legs and sit in the crotch, exerting force with
                 the waist. Chop the left arm downward and let power reach the forearm
                 and outside of palm. At the same time, the right arm pull it to the waist and

                 crotch against the rib, and look at the left hand (Figure 3-6-3, 3-6-4).

                     左势:双腿屈膝坐胯,力发于腰,左臂下劈,力达前臂及掌轮,同
                 时右臂贴肋后拉至腰胯部,目视左手(图3-6-3、图3-6-4)。

                      Cross your arms in front of your chest and lift them up, with your left
                 arm inside and right arm outside. Take a step to the right while twisting

                 your body to the right (Figure 3-6-5).
                     双臂胸前交叉上举,左臂在里,右臂在外,向右跨一步,同时向右

                 拧身(图3-6-5)。
