Posture 20 Cannon
第二十式 炮
Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.
Arms hanging down naturally, with all ten toes
gripping the ground (Figure 3-20-1).
预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,
双臂自然下垂,十趾抓地(图3-20-1)。
Take a right step and lift fists up with force,
put arms together and fists facing upward (Figure
3-20-2).
上右步,双拳用力上举,双臂合力并拢,拳
