              up, out and right to the right front of the right eye, facing out, the fingers pointing
              up and left; and the left one twining reversely arcs down, in and left to rest outside
              the left hip, facing down, the fingers pointing right and forward. The hukou of two
              palms correspond with each other. The eyes look left and forward. (Figure 69-1)
                  2. The weight shifts onto the left leg. With the left heel pivoting, the right foot
              twining directly sweeps back on the ball, the torso facing south. At the same time,
              the left palm twining directly ascends in a concave curve, facing up, the fingers
              pointing forward, slightly above the left shoulder, the left elbow aligning with the
              left knee; and the right one twining reversely presses down in an outer curve to
              end outside the right hip, facing down, the fingers pointing forward, the right arm
              rounded. The left foot and the right one straddle a line, with the left one in front.
              The eyes look forward. (Figures 69-2a and 9-2b)

                  1. The left palm twining reversely rotates in, facing down, with the fingers
              pointing forward. At the same time, the right palm twining directly rotates in, fac-
              ing up and forward, with the fingers pointing down and forward. (Figures 70-1a
              and 70-1b)
                  Without a pause, relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso slightly left. At the
              same time, the right foot twining reversely arcs in, right and forward to end in an
              empty stance to the right front of the left one, the heel raised. The left palm twining
