Posture 67 Wo Li Pao (Bosom Cannon Punch)
1. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right. At the same time, sticking
to each other, the left palm and the right fist twining directly push right and forward
in a convex curve, the center of the left palm and the heart of the right fist facing
left, inward and down, the right elbow aligning with the right knee. The left leg
twining reversely steps left and backward, the weight sinking down, mingmen (GV4)
expanded. The back remains straight, with baihui (GV20) gently pulled up. The
eyes look right and forward. (Figures 67-1a and 67-1b)
