                  4. With the left foot landing on the ground solidly, relax the left hip joint and
              turn the torso left, the weight shifting slightly right. At the same time, the right fist
              twining slightly directly goes further up to the left front.
                  Without a pause, relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right, a
              right-weighted, side bow-stance formed. At the same time, with the right shoulder
              sinking and the right elbow dropping, the right fist twining directly punches up to
              the right rear in an outer arc, the heart of fist facing up, the eye of fist facing back-
              ward. The eyes look right. (Figures 67-4a and 67-4b)

                  Note: In Movement 4, as the right fist punches left, up and backward, the
              force goes through the right shoulder, the right elbow and the right fist in sequence.

              Posture 68 Jing Lan Zhi Ru (Cable Goes into Well)

                  1. The weight shifts slightly left. With the heel as pivoting, the right foot turns
              out on the ball, the toes pointing northwest.
                  Without a pause, the weight shifts right, the right foot lands on the ground sol-
              idly. At the same time, the right fist opens into a palm and twines reversely to arc
              right and out, facing out, the fingers pointing left and up, the right arm bent, the right
              elbow aligning with the right knee. The eyes look right and forward. (Figures 68-1a
              and 68-1b)
                  2. The weight shifts onto the right leg. With the right hip sinking, the left knee
              rises, and the left foot twining reversely steps down to the left of the right one, the
              heel off the ground. The feet are parallel, shoulder-width apart. At the same time,
              the right palm twining directly ascends in a concave curve to rest in front of the left
              armpit, facing up. With the left elbow twining reversely to close in and press down
