5. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right, with the right chest
opened. At the same time, the left palm twines directly to close in, facing up; and
the right fist, remaining in its place, twines directly to rotate out, the ring of fist
against the right rib, the heart of fist facing up. The eyes look left and forward.

6. Relax the left hip joint. Sink the left buttock and turn the right one, forming
a left-weighted, side bow-stance. At the same time, the right fist travels left against
the waist. The left palm twining directly smacks the outside part of the right elbow
twining reversely in front of the body, the face of fist against the navel, the chest
drawn in. The eyes look right and forward. (Figure 18-6)
