                  4. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso slightly left. At the same time,
              the right foot turns out and lands solidly on the ground, the toes pointing northeast,
              and the weight shifting right. With the right shoulder sinking and elbow dropping,
              the right palm twining directly thrusts up and left, ending in front of the left chest,
              facing up and right, the fingers pointing up and left.
                  Without a pause, relax the right hip joint and turn the torso right, with the
              weight shifting onto the right leg. At the same time, the left knee rises, and the
              left foot twining reversely cross-over-steps right and forward on the outside heel,
              the crotch rounded. With its base sinking, the right palm twining reversely arcs up
              and right to the right front of the right shoulder, facing out, the fingers pointing
              up to the left front, the right arm rounded. The left one twining directly chops in a
              concave curve to end in front of the abdomen, facing up and right, with the fingers
              pointing forward, the left elbow protruding, leaving the armpit open. The eyes look
              right and forward. (Figure19-4)
                  5. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso slightly right. At the same time,
              with the left shoulder sinking and elbow dropping, the left palm twining directly
              thrusts right and forward to rest in front of the right chest, facing up and left, the
              fingers pointing up and right.
                  Without a pause, the left foot lands solidly on the ground, the weight shifting
              onto the left leg. Relax the left hip joint and turn the torso left. At the same time,
              the right knee rises, and the right foot twining reversely slide-steps half a foot right
