4.4 导引桶 Guiding bucket
导引桶高度应选择在 40cm ～ 50cm，导引时的水位需要没过三阴交，达到膝盖梁

丘穴位置。三阴交是肝、脾、肾三者经脉交汇处，对于肝脾肾有保健作用，能够很好
的促进下肢血液循环；梁丘穴是足阳明胃经气血所聚之郄穴，具有理气和胃、通经活
络的功效，在导引时顺时针是补，逆时针是泄。
The height of the guiding bucket should be 40 cm~50 cm, and the water level during
guiding should be higher than Sanyinjiao acupoint, reaching the position of Liangqiu

acupoint on the knee. Sanyinjiao acupoint is the intersection of the meridians of liver,
spleen and kidney, with the health care effect on liver, spleen and kidney, to promote blood
circulation of lower limbs; and Liangqiu is the Xi-Cleft point of Stomach Meridian of Foot
Yangming where qi and blood gather, with the effects of regulating qi and harmonizing

stomach, dredging meridians and activating collaterals. Upon guiding, it is tonic clockwise
and cathartic counterclockwise.
4.5 艾灸罐 Moxibustion cup

区别于市面上其他艾灸罐，温度学派中医使用的是自行研发定制生产的艾灸罐，
直径 16cm，高 10cm，并在艾灸罐正中间设计有直径 5cm 的艾灸着火点。这种特制的
艾灸罐可以维持艾灸 80℃左右且不烫伤皮肤，持续发挥艾灸温热渗透功效长达 1.5h。
Different from other moxibustion cups on the market, the Temperature School
physicians use their self-developed and customized moxibustion cups with a diameter of

16cm and a height of 10cm, and an ignition point with a diameter of 5cm designed in the
middle of the cup. Such special moxibustion cups can maintain moxas at about 80 ℃ , not
scalding the skin, and continue the warm penetration for 1.5 hours.
4.6 网灸网 Mesh moxibustion net

温度学派中医施术时使用的是不锈钢 / 铁材质的网灸网，网面直径
12cm ～ 15cm，网灸网各细网格成高密度网状排列。
TCM Temperature School physicians use the stainless steel/iron mesh moxibustion net
with a diameter of 12 cm~15 cm, with fine meshes arranged in high density.

4.7 温度计、血压计 Thermometer, sphygmomanometer
温度计应符合 GB/T 21416 的要求，血压计应符合 GB 3053 的要求。
