4.8 施术体位 Body position for operation

4.8.1 仰坐 Sitting position with head looking upward
被施术者仰坐于靠背椅上，此体位适用于头面、颈部和上胸部的穴位。
The patient sits in the armchair with head looking upward, suitable for acupoints on the

head, face, neck and upper chest.
4.8.2 俯坐 Sitting position with head looking downward
被施术者坐于椅上，头部伏俯于桌面，适用于头顶、项后和背部的穴位。
The patient sits in a chair with head bent over the table, suitable for acupoints on the top
of the head, behind the neck and back.

4.8.3 仰卧 Supine position
被施术者自然平躺于床上，双上肢平摆于体侧，下肢自然并拢平放，保持身体放松，

仰卧位适用于大多数身体部位。
The patient naturally lies flat on the bed, with his upper limbs lying flat on his side, and
his lower limbs lying flat together naturally to keep his body relaxed, suitable for acupoints
of most body parts.
4.8.4 俯卧 Prone position

被施术者自然俯卧于床上，双上肢平摆于体侧，下肢自然并拢平放，保持身体放松，
俯卧位适用于背部、腰部等区域的穴位。
The patient naturally lies prone on the bed, with his upper limbs lying flat on his
side, and his lower limbs lying flat together naturally to keep his body relaxed, suitable for

acupoints in the back, waist and other areas.
4.8.5 侧卧 Lateral position
被施术者自然侧卧于床上，侧卧位适用于身体侧面的治疗，如腿部、手臂等部位。
The patient naturally lies on his side on the bed, suitable for the treatment of the side of

the body, such as legs, arms and other parts.
4.9 施术穴位、部位的选择与定位 Selection and location of acupoints and position
for operation

在施术前专业医生会运用五行八卦图形布阵法，事先对需要施针的穴位、部位进
行标记，并运用平针导引气血入药治疗法进行施针。如若部位为囊肿、脓肿、包块等
可移动肿物，针刺时以左手协助固定肿物，以防肿物活动而导致进针点偏移，伤及周
围组织。
