institutions have keenly captured market opportunities brought by climate change and have
successively injected funds into relevant technology enterprises. In the renewable energy
technology sector, solar photovoltaic enterprises and wind power generation companies
have become popular targets for venture capital. Venture capital not only provides financial
support to enterprises but also helps them expand markets and optimize business models. In
energy storage technology, investments in new battery technology R&D enterprises continue
to increase to address the intermittency of renewable energy generation. Government funding
