46.5 结论

可使用多种技术来扩大经导管肺动脉瓣的适应症。不同技术的选择取决于
RVOT 的解剖结构。新型自膨胀瓣膜（Venus P- 瓣膜，MedTech，China；Harmony，
Medtronic，USA）不能完全涵盖我们正在处理的完整 RVOT 解剖 [11,12] 。为了涵盖所有

RVOT 解剖结构，设备的研究和开发仍然存在一定的空间。
