二、发达国家房地产专业及课程设置情况

（一）英国房地产经营管理专业设置及课程情况
类似房地产经营管理专业在英国一般被称为 Landand Property Management，
总体来说这个专业偏向于房地产经济与金融、房地产法律，但不同学校之间可
能有所区别。比如剑桥大学土地经济系设置的 MPhil Real Estate Finance、MPhil
in Land Economy Research 等项目所开设的课程有 Real Estate Finance and Val-

uation、RE Finance and Securitisation、RE Investment and Risk Analysis、Urban
Economics 和 Mortgages Securities and the Law of Real Property，Quantitative and
Research Skills 等。而伦敦政治经济学院开设的 MSc Real Estate Economics and Fi-
nance 则由 Department of Geography and Environment 和 Department of Accounting

and Finance 合办，其主要的三门课程为 Applied Urban and Regional Economics、
Corporate Finance and Capital Markets、Real Property Market Practice。雷丁大学
是英国房地产经营管理学科最强大的学校，其设置了 MScReal Estate、MSc Real

Estate Economics 和 MSc Real Estate Finance & Investment 等几种学位，这些课程
基本涵盖了房地产建设、物业管理、经济管理金融等各个方面。
而与房地产经营管理相关的工程管理专业在英国一般叫做项目管理，比如曼
彻斯特大学开设的工程管理专业课程为 Commercial Management、Management of
Projects、People and Organization、Project Planning and Control、Project Manage-

ment Research Methods 等。利兹大学 MSc Engineering Project Management 提供
的专业课程为 Project Management、Advanced Project Management、Risk Manage-
ment、Funding for Projects、Procurement Management、Strategic Management in
Construction、Value Management、Research Project 等。伯明翰大学 Construction

Management Masters 提供的课程为 Project management for construction、Finance-
and core skills、Sustainable construction、Engineeringproduction and project risk
management 等。

可以看到英国的房地产经营管理和工程管理专业基本是泾渭分明，且房地产
经营管理专业整体偏向于经济金融法律类，也大都分布在社会科学院系和商学院
