                   firm techniques by learning these thoeries. His son, Guo Guizeng, earned
                   the title of “Top Ten Martial Arts Master in Cangzhou”  at a young age and

                   won numerous gold medals in national and international martial arts com-
                   petitions. His disciples, Wang Bosheng and He Qingxian, also achieved

                   excellent results in national San Shou competitions. In his later years, Guo
                   Ruilin collaborated with his son and disciples to compile and edit the Col-

                   lection of San Shou Techniques which gathered their family’s San Shou
                   techniques and insights, making a significant contribution to the inheri-

                   tance of Tongbiquan.
                       郭瑞林,字金波(1925—2001),郭长生先辈之长子。自幼随父习

                   武,经年累月不辍且致工甚劳,其纯工笃志,青壮年尽得父艺之奥,尤
                   精通臂拳散手技法,同师者较艺无败绩。1972年后沧州武术复兴,始收

                   徒授技。其德艺双馨,尤对“武术用为宗旨”的理解甚深,故授艺严谨
                   细密,尤重武术理念的启蒙,其子、徒艺业甚固。郭瑞林之子郭贵增早

                   年即获“沧州十佳武师”之名,并多次在全国及国际武术大赛中获金
                   奖。其徒王勃生、何清贤曾获全国武术散手大赛佳绩。郭瑞林晚年与

                   子、徒整理编撰了《散手集录》,将家传散手技法、心得编汇成著,为
                   通臂拳的传承作出了巨大贡献。

                       Cangzhou Tongbiquan, also known as the Tongbiquan 24 Postures, is

                   a practical martial art. Although it is called twenty-four postures there are
                   more than 24 techniques. This martial art only has single striking and does
