Posture 19 Scatter
第十九式 撒
Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
der-width. Keep the body upright. Arms hanging down naturally, with all
ten toes gripping the ground (Figure 3-19-1).
Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双臂自然下垂,十趾抓
原步通臂拳二十四式 地(图3-19-1)。
Lift the left hand forward and release the right hand from the chest
at the same time, draw in the chest, with the force reaching the back of the
palm and the roots of the index and middle fingers (Alternate both sides
when training in place.) (Figure 3-19-2, 3-19-3).
左手向前采挂,右手同时自胸前撒出,含胸,力达掌背及食指、中
指指根(原地训练,左右互换拧胯)(图3-19-2、图3-19-3)。
