              palm twining reversely pushes up and right, facing forward (east), the fingers point-
              ing up and left; and the left hand twining reversely rotates in, the heart of fist facing
              out (west), the face of fist against the left rib, the left elbow closing in. The eyes
              look forward (east). (Figure 43-6)
                  7. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso left, with the weight shifting onto
              the left leg. At the same time, with the heel off the ground, the right foot twining
              directly sweeps backward in an outer arc on the ball to rest inside the left one, the
              right heel corresponding with the left one. The right palm twining directly with-
              draws in an outer arc to pause in front of the abdomen, facing left, the fingers point-
              ing down to the right front, the right elbow protruding. (Figure 43-7)

                  8. Turn the torso further left. At the same time, the left palm twining directly
              goes up and left, the fingers pointing up and left; and the right foot twining reverse-
              ly takes a step right, the heel on the ground. The eyes look right. (Figure 43-8)
                  9. With the heel pivoting, the right foot turns out, and the weight shifts right.
              With the heel off the ground, the left foot sweeps forward in an outer arc on the
              ball, the body turning right, the feet almost parallel with each other, the toes point-
              ing southeast. At the same time, the right palm twining reversely pushes up and
              right in an outer arc, facing out, the fingers pointing up and left, the left elbow clos-
              ing in. The eyes look left. (Figure 43-9)
                  10. With the body turning left, the left foot twining directly sweeps backward
              in an outer arc on the ball, the heel off the ground. At the same time, with the heel
              pivoting, the right foot turns inward in front of the left foot, the weight more on
              the left. The right palm twining directly chops down in an outer arc, ending above
