the right knee, facing north, the fingers pointing down and forward, the right elbow
closing in. Remaining in its place, the left fist twining directly rotates in, the heart
of fist facing up. The eyes look right. (Figure 43-10)
11. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso slightly right, with the weight
shifting right into a right-weighted, front bow-stance. The left foot twining reverse-
ly takes a small step backward, the heel on the ground. At the same time, the right
palm twining reversely pushes up and right, facing forward (east), the fingers point-
ing up and left; and the left hand twining reversely rotates in, the heart of fist facing
out (west), the face of fist against the left rib, the left elbow closing in. The eyes
look forward (east). (Figure 43-11)
