18. Yongquan (KI1)
Yongquan (KI1) is an acupuncture point in the Shaoyin Kidney Meridian of
Foot. It is located on the sole of a foot, in the depression at the center. Yongquan
(KI1) should be kept insubstantial and not be pressed down in Taijiquan practice.
The weight is on the heel.
