                      5. The weight shifts onto the left leg. Sink the left hip and lift the right knee
                 twining reversely. At the same time, the left palm twining slightly directly pushes
                 further up and left; and the right fist twining slightly directly pulls right and back,
                 with the right chest opened. The body turns slightly right. (Figure 15-6)
                      Without a pause, the body turns slightly left. At the same time, the right foot
                 stamps sharply and flatly inside the left foot, parallel with the left. The feet end
                 with approximately 30 centimetres between them, the knees bent. The right fist
                 twining reversely punches the center of the left palm twining reversely in front of
                 the mouth. Relax immediately after the punch. The eyes look forward (southwest)
                 (Figure 15-7)
                      Note: In Movement 3, as the left palm strikes up and left, the internal energy
                 goes through the left shoulder, the left elbow, and the left hand in sequence.
