right and back, the eye of fist facing down to the left front; and the left one twining
reversely sinks to rest in front of the abdomen, with the heart of fist facing in, the
eye of fist facing up. The eyes look up to the right front. (Figure 13-9)

10. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right, with the weight shifting
left. At the same time, the right fist twining directly sinks.
Without a pause, relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso left, the weight
shifting right, the right shoulder protruding. At the same time, the right fist twining
further directly arcs down and left to end in front of the right chest, with the heart
of fist facing up and the eye of fist facing right; and the left one, against the abdo-
men, moves down and left, to end on the top of the left hip, the heart of fist facing
up. The eyes look at the right fist. (Figure 13-10)
