                  3. With the left hip relaxed, the left foot turns in around the heel.
                  Without a pause, the weight shifts left. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the
              body right. At the same time, with the heel pivoting, the right foot turns out, the
              toes pointing south; and with the ball pivoting, the left one turns in, the heel off the
              ground. The forearms twining reversely close in front of the chest, facing out, the
              center of the left palm against the inside part of the right forearm, the back of the
              right palm against the outside part of the left forearm, the left elbow striking for-
              ward. The eyes look left and forward (northeast). (Figures 26-3a and 26-3b)

                  4. The weight shifts onto the right leg, and the body turns right. At the same
             time, the palms twining reversely separate and push towards both sides of the body,
             the left one slightly over the right, the fingers of the left one pointing up to the
             right front, the fingers of the right one pointing up to the left front, the right chest
