合足部反射区进行反射导引，二者共同作用，上下相应，借之以行气血，营阴阳，使
人体各部的功能活动得以保持协调和相对的平衡，快速打通经络淤堵部分。
The meridians connect with the internal organs internally, and link with the limbs
externally, for circulating qi and blood, communicating between the internal organs and the
body surface, and connecting limbs, facial features, tendons, muscles, skin, etc. They are

the regulation system of the body functions, to connect the internal organs and tissues of
the body into an organic whole. Through targeted dredging and relaxing of a certain part of
the body, targeted dredging in the upper part and reflex guiding in the lower part, for mutual
action and response, to promote circulation of qi and blood, and nurturing yin and yang, to

achieve the coordination and relative balance of the functional activities of the body, and
quickly remove the blockage in the meridians.

4 施术前的准备 Preparation before operation

4.1 针的选择 Selection of needle
4.1.1 材质 Materials
应符合 GB 2024 针灸针的要求。
As per GB 2024, Acupuncture needles.

4.1.2 规格 Specification
选择粗细、长度合适的毫针，温度学派主要采用两种规格的毫针：50mm 和
75mm，施术前需要检查毫针是否有倒钩等问题，确保使用安全。
The needle with appropriate thickness and length shall be chosen. The TCM

Temperature School mainly adopts two kinds of needles: 50mm and 75mm, and it is
necessary to check whether there is any barb on the needle before operation, to ensure the
safety of use.
4.1.3 数量 Quantity

具体施针数量，应根据患者病症及患者治疗项目进程决定。
The quantity of needles is subject to the diseases and the process of treatment of the
patient.
4.2 灸的选择 Selection of moxa

4.2.1 材质 Materials
应符合 GB/T 40975 的要求。
