National Congress pointed out :“ The implementation of industrial base reconstruction
projects and major technical equipment research projects, support the development of
“fined,peculiar and innovative” enterprises, and promote the high-end, intelligent,
and green development of manufacturing.”
As we known, many new technologies such as 5G,high speed train,New Energy

Vehicles, and Quantum Communication are rapidly developing in China.China takes
less than fifty years to make the leap from Made in China into Intelligent Manufacturing
in China at an astonished Chinese Speed.The older and talented young scientists are

hardworking and ambitious.China’s intelligent manufacturing advances endlessly.
Embarking on a new journey, our young people must have the courage to
take responsibility, work hard and take the initiative to meet the needs of smart
manufacturing in China, promote the transformation of Chinese manufacturing
to “created in China” and “smart manufacturing in China”, promote smart

manufacturing in China to move forward to higher standards and higher quality, and
contribute youth to the realization of Chinese-style modernization ！
智造中国

制造业是应国之本、强国之基，是国家经济命脉所系，要坚定不移把制造业
和实体经济做强做优做大，加快建设制造强国。党的二十大报告指出 :“实施产
业基础再造工程和重大技术装备攻关工程，支持“精特新”企业发展，推动制造
业高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。”

众所周知，诸如 5G、高铁、新能源汽车、量子通信等很多新的技术正在中
国快速发展。中国花了不到 50 年的时间，以惊人的中国速度，从“中国制造”
到“中国智造”，实现了飞跃。这都是老一辈和年轻的科学家们胸怀抱负、殚精
竭虑的结果。中国智造开疆扩土，永无止境。

踏上新征程，我们广大青年要勇于担当、奋发有为，主动适应智造中国建设
需要，推动中国制造向“中国创造”、 “中国智造”转变，推动智造中国建设
向更高标准、更高质量迈进，为实现中国式现代化贡献青春力量！
