term goal of the Party and the whole nation.
中国共产党的目标是通过追求平衡发展，进一步改善人民福祉，更好地保护
国家主权和安全。实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，已成为党和全国人民的长远

目标。
Now China has entered a new phase in its transformation from a high-
growth economy to an innovation-driven economy. In October 2020, The CPC
announced that China will “basically achieve socialist modernization”no later than

2035 and reach the economic and per capital income level of moderately developed
countries.
如今，中国已经进入了从高增长经济向创新驱动经济转型的新阶段。2020
年 10 月，中国共产党宣布：“中国将在 2035 年之前‘基本实现社会主义现代化’，

并达到中等发达国家的经济和人均收入水平。”
04.Beijing Olympic Games 北京奥运会
China is an ancient civilization and a big sports nation. Since 1949, China
vigorously developed various sports and had made brilliant achievements in the

development of sports. China successfully hosted the 29th Olympic Games in 2008,
fulfilling the centennial Olympic dream of Chinese people. The Beijing Olympic
Games not only showed the world China›s local conditions and customs, but also
China›s style as a big sports nation.

中国是一个文明古国，也是一个体育大国。1949 年以来，中国大力发展各
项体育运动，体育事业发展取得了辉煌成就。中国在 2008 年成功举办了第 29 届
奥林匹克运动会，圆了中国人的百年奥运梦。北京奥运会不仅向世界展示了中国
风土人情，更展示了中国作为体育大国的风采。
