world. As college students, we should also study and spread the tea culture, and build

up cultural confidence.
茶文化
我们知道，中华民族是世界上一个古老而伟大的民族 , 创造了五千多年的灿
烂文明。茶文化源远流长，而中国是茶的故乡，也是茶文化的发祥地。一般来说，

饮茶始于汉代，盛行于唐代。唐代陆羽是著名的茶文化家。写了世界上第一部茶
书，史称《茶书》。中国有很多种茶。红茶、绿茶、红茶、白茶、乌龙茶、黄茶
和花茶。而茶的种类更是数不胜数，如：大家最熟悉的西湖龙井、洞庭碧螺春、
黄山毛峰、安溪铁观音等等。说到茶，就不得不提茶具。中国人泡茶讲究茶道，

茶具种类繁多，造型美观，既有实用价值，又有艺术美感 . 喝茶有很多好处，茶
已经成为最受欢迎的和有益身心健康的方式，如增强思维和记忆能力，消除疲劳。
随着物质文明和精神文明的发展，茶文化也在不断地拓展、延伸、创新和发
展。新时期，茶文化的传播方式呈现出规模化、现代化、社会化、国际化的发展

趋势。对世界有很大的影响。作为大学生，我们也应该学习茶文化，树立文化自信。
（十二）中国故事·二十四节气 The Twenty-four Solar Terms
The twenty-four solar terms are a time knowledge system summarized by the
ancient Chinese through observing changes in phenology and climate and the annual

movement of the sun. It is mainly used to guide farmers in agricultural production and
daily activities.
The twenty-four solar terms divide a year (the time the earth revolves around the
sun for one circle) into twenty-four equal parts, and fall into three categories based on
the source and meaning. The first category contains eight solar terms distinguishing

the four seasons, namely, Start of Spring, Spring Equinox, Start of Summer, Summer
Solstice, Start of Autumn, Autumnal Equinox, Start of Winter and Winter Solstice.
The first term in each season represents the commencement of a new season while the

second means reaching or beginning to reach the seasonal extreme. Spring Equinox
and Autumnal Equinox are right in the middle of their respective seasons, when the day
and night are equal in length. Summer Solstice and Winter Solstice respectively signify
