Posture 8 Tuck


                      第八式  掖

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                 wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                 Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping the
                 ground (Figure 3-8-1).

                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双
                 手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-8-1)。

                      Strike the left arm upward and take a left step

                 forward (Figure 3-8-2); Place the right fist against
                 ear and press it forward and down, then bend your    Figure 3-8-1

                 knees and squat down (Figure 3-8-3, 3-8-4).
                     左臂向上采击,同时向前上左步(图3-8-2);右拳贴耳部向前下
