Right posture: Chop right arm forward and bent both knees (Figure
3-6-6); Chop the right arm downward, let power reach the right arm and
outside of palm, retract the left foot, sit in the crotch, and pull the left arm
against the ribs to the waist (Figure 3-6-7, 3-6-8).
