(2) Twist step

                       (二)拗步

                       Step up with the right foot and smash with the left
                   arm, creating a Yang palm (Figure 3-7-5); Twist right

                   arm to smash and chop, bend knees and squat down,
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   forming a Yang palm (Figure 3-7-6).
         原步通臂拳二十四式     右脚上步,左臂拗步砸劈,为阳掌(图 3-7-5);
                   拧身右臂砸劈,屈膝下蹲,为阳掌(图 3-7-6)。

                       Place the back of the palm on the ground and stop
                   the steps (Figure 3-7-7). Take a right step, lift your

                   right palm vigorously, and press down left arm in re-
                   verse, exerting force with the right arm and place the arms on both sides of

                   the body (Figure 3-7-8).
                       掌背及地,脚下裹步(图3-7-7)。

                       上右步,右掌猛撩而起,左臂反向下压,与右臂合力,两臂分置于
                   身体两侧(图3-7-8)。
