Posture 9 Lift


                       第九式  提

                       Follow the last posture and lift your right elbow vigorously with the
                   body moves upward (Figure 3-9-1).

                       接上动,右肘随身猛起(图3-9-1)。
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                       Strike the right elbow upwards, pull down the left palm in reverse,

                       Posture 10 Raise

                       第十式  挑

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-

                   der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-
                   ping the ground (Figure 3-10-1).
