                      Clench fists tightly, take a left step turn
                 your body sideway, and simultaneously strike

                 upward with left fist (Figure 3-10-2); Chop the
                 left fist to the ground, crouch and bend the body,
                 strike the right fist forward, with the purlicue of

                 the two fists facing each other (Figure 3-10-3);
                 Then stand up and raise your left fist, then pull

                 down your right fist in reverse (Figure 3-10-4).
