              left and forward, with the heart of fist facing down and the eye of fist facing left
              and backward; and the left palm twining further reversely sinks to rest over the
              right forearm, facing down. At the end of their travel, the two forearms cross in
              front of the body, with the weight more on the left leg. (Figure 40-3)
                  4. The weight shifts onto the right leg. Relax the right hip joint and turn the
              torso slightly right, with the two forearms pushing right, sticking to each other, the
              right elbow aligning with the right knee. At the same time, with the toes turned up
              and in, the left foot twining reversely slide-steps left (southwest) on the inside heel,
              the weight sinking down. The eyes look left and forward. (Figure 40-4)
