7. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso slightly left. At the same time, the
right foot twining reversely slide-steps half a foot right and backward on the inside
heel. With the wrists sticking to each other, the left palm and the right fist twining
directly drop down.
Without a pause, relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso slightly right.
With the right foot touching the ground solidly, the weight shifts right into a
right-weighted, side bow-stance, and the left foot steps right. At the same time,
with the left palm and the right fist sticking to each other, the right elbow twining
directly strikes right in a concave curve, aligning with the right knee, the center of
the left palm and the heart of the right fist facing up. The eyes look right. (Figures
