3 术语和定义 Terms and Definitions

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
For the purpose of this document, the following terms and definitions shall have the

meaning as follows.
3.1 关于“温度、温差、空间”的技术理念 Technical concepts of “Temperature,
temperature difference and space”
3.1.1 温度 Temperature

气血旺盛，即人体内气血充足，身体状态良好，气血旺盛推动人体各项身体机能
及人体脏腑功能正常运转，表现为人体体表温度正常。
If the human body is with vigorous qi and blood, i.e. the human body is full of qi and
blood, and in good physical condition, qi and blood will promote the normal operation of

body functions and viscera functions, manifested by normal body surface temperature.
注：温度决定了人的生老病死。人体体温下降 1℃，基础代谢会下降 12% 左右。
人体正常细胞喜欢在温暖的环境中生存，“血遇热则行，遇寒则凝”，是温度使得血

液在全身循环不息，维持着各个脏器的生理活动，温度降低，血液流动速度就会减慢，
出现滞涩、淤堵等情况，也会使血液进一步凝固。
Note: Temperature is a determining factor for the birth, aging, illness and death of the
human being. When the body temperature drops by 1℃ , the basal metabolism will drop by
about 12%. Normal cells in the human body prefer to live in a warm environment. “Blood

will circulate when it is hot, but coagulate when it is cold.” It is the temperature that
