keeps the blood circulating throughout the body and maintains the physiological activities

of internal organs. When the temperature decreases, the blood flow speed will slow down,
leading to stagnation, siltation, etc., to cause further coagulation of the blood.
3.1.2 温差 Temperature difference

气血亏虚，即人体内气血不足，处于亚健康状态，人体各项身体机能运行效率变弱，
脏器组织失去滋养，表现为人体体表温度较低，与气血旺盛的标准体温有温差。
If the body is in deficiency of qi and blood, i.e. the human body is in a sub-health
state, the operation efficiency of body functions decreases, and the organs and tissues are
lack of nourishment, manifested by the low body surface temperature, with the temperature

difference from the standard body temperature with vigorous qi and blood.
注：温差决定人体的疼痛。人体一旦出现温差，即上热下寒，就会出现疼痛。人

体分为上中下三焦，三焦是人体躯干的大通道，是人体之气升降出入的通道。如果三
焦运行不畅或衰退，就会导致全身或部位的气虚，出现五脏代谢失常和温差偏大，身
体就会出现疼痛。
Note: The temperature difference will cause pain. Once there exists a temperature
difference in the human body, e.g. hot in the upper body and cold in the lower body, it will

cause pain to the person. The human body can be divided into the upper, middle and lower
energizer zones, and the three energizers (“Sanjiao”) form the big passage of the human
trunk and the channel for ascending and descending of qi in the body. If the three energizers
fail to operate smoothly or decline in functions, it will lead to qi deficiency of the whole

or part of the body, abnormal metabolism of the internal organs and excessive temperature
difference, and the person will feel pain in the body.
3.1.3 空间 Space

脏腑淤堵，即因人体内气血亏虚、温度较低，导致血液代谢循环速度减弱，垃圾
毒素无法及时代谢排出，而导致在脏腑经络间沉积，气血瘀滞、瘀阻不畅，表现为人
体内即脏腑及气血运行空间变小。
Blockage of zang-fu organs, i.e. due to deficiency of qi and blood and low temperature

in human body, the speed of blood metabolism and circulation decreases, and wastes and
toxins cannot be metabolized and discharged in time, leading to deposition between zang-
fu organs and meridians, stagnation of qi and blood, and poor blood stasis, manifested by
decrease of the operation space of internal organs and qi and blood in human body.
