3.2.1 针 Needle

3.2.1.1 针 Needle
针灸针，按一定的穴位刺入患者体内，并通过捻转、提插等手法治疗疾病的一种
器具，样子类似一根银针。
The acupuncture needle is an instrument used for inserting to respective acupoints in

the body of the patient, manipulated by twisting, lifting, inserting and other methods for
treatment of diseases, similar to a silver needle in shape.
注：针的作用是诊断，为了找具体病症在身体的具体位置，诊断出病因，找出疾

病的关键，辨别疾病的性质，然后进行相应的配穴处方，进行治疗；针的功效是调理，
针对经络、穴位的调理，通过经气的作用，疏通经络，调理气血；针的核心是导引，
领路、引导，通过针刺刺激人体，引导气血，达到平衡阴阳、治病、预防的目的。
Note: The acupuncture needle is used for diagnosis, to identify the respective location
of specific diseases in the body, diagnose the cause(s), find out the key points of the disease,

determine the nature of the disease, and then prepare corresponding acupoint prescription
for treatment. The functions of the acupuncture needle are for regulating meridians and
acupoints, to dredge meridians and regulate qi and blood through the action of meridian qi.
The core purposes of acupuncture needle are for guiding, diverting, leading and piloting, to

stimulate the human body and guide qi and blood, achieving the purposes of balancing yin
and yang, treating and preventing diseases.
3.2.1.2 平针导引气血入药治疗法 Horizontal insertion qi and blood guiding

利用针打通人体的气脉，把药物放在针刺处，以灸气入药，导药的温热刺激使皮
肤温度升高，皮肤毛细血管扩张，通过热量和针的导引使药进入气脉，促进和加强血
液及淋巴液的循环，促进身体新陈代谢，使周围组织营养得以改善，导药的温热刺激
还使毛孔开放，全身出汗，让体内“邪毒”随汗液排出体外，既扶元固本又排出身体
