3.2.2 灸 Moxibustion
艾灸具有烟和火力温度向下渗透的特性，《灵枢·官能》云“针所不为，灸之所

宜”，当针力不足的地方，运用灸，针对穴位、经络、气脉而进行的温度提升治疗，
以达到温阳补气、祛寒止痛、补虚固脱、温经通络、消瘀散结、补中益气的作用，对
机体紊乱的免疫功能具有良好的双向调节作用，可帮助患者恢复机体平衡。
Moxibustion features the downward penetration of smoke and fire temperature.
According to Miraculous Pivot (“Lingshu Function”), “When acupuncture is not available

to achieve the desired effect, it is suitable to adopt moxibustion”. When acupuncture
strength is insufficient, moxibustion is used to raise the temperature of acupoints, meridians
and qi channels, so as to achieve the effects of warming yang and invigorating qi, dispelling
cold and relieving pain, tonifying deficiency and removing stagnation, warming meridians

and dredging collaterals, removing blood stasis and resolving stagnation, and nurturing
middle energizer and benefiting qi, thus achieving the satisfactory bi-directional regulation
of disordered immunity of body, and restoring the body to balance.

注：艾灸治疗有七大治疗灸法 , 分别为隔姜灸、隔盐灸、隔蒜灸、隔棉灸、米粒灸、
隔纱灸、大循环艾灸。
Note: The moxibustion therapy includes 7 therapeutic methods, i.e. ginger lined
moxibustion, salt lined moxibustion, garlic lined moxibustion, cotton lined moxibustion, rice
moxibustion, gauze lined moxibustion and great circulation moxibustion.

3.2.3 中药 TCM medicine
3.2.3.1 活，即“活中药”导引入药治疗法 Living medicine, “living TCM medicine”
guiding therapy.

活中药即能量虾羹 / 牛肉羹 / 姜枣桂，大循环调理治疗需要消耗大量能量，以推
动身体气血循环，营养大于一切，能量大于营养，在调理治疗中通过补充能量虾羹 /

The living TCM medicines are energy shrimp soup/beef soup/ginger-jujube-longan. The
