are used for taking pulse, with each finger representing one part (one jiao), i.e. the index
finger represents the upper jiao, the middle finger represents the middle jiao and the ring
finger represents the lower jiao.
3.2.5.2.2 六针九悬 Six-needle and nine-suspension diagnosis
针对人体的脏腑肿瘤脉诊 ( 包括肝、心脏、小肠诊断、脾胃诊断、肺部诊断、肾
区、膀胱、呼吸系统诊断、肝胆、大肠系统、大脑反射区诊断 ) ,中医脉诊搭手知病、
五脏六腑脉象定位、舌诊、妇科脉诊、其他肿瘤脉诊。
It is the pulse diagnosis method for tumors of internal organs in human body (including
diagnosis of liver, heart, small intestine, spleen, stomach and lung; kidney, bladder,
respiratory system, liver and gallbladder, large intestine, and cerebral reflex area). By
taking the pulse, the physician can identify the diseases, and locate the site of the diseases
in internal organs according to the pulse condition, tongue diagnosis, gynecological pulse
diagnosis and pulse diagnosis of other tumors.
3.2.5.2.3 二十八脉诊 Twenty-eight pulse diagnoses
由基础七脉和肿瘤二十一脉组成的脉诊方式。
The 28 pulse diagnoses include 7 basic pulse diagnosis and 21 tumor pulse diagnosis.
3.2.6 循环 Circulation
人体的体循环和肺循环,体循环就是人体的大循环,肺循环就是人体的小循环。
大循环是指当心室收缩时将含有较多的氧及营养物质的鲜红色的血液(动脉血)经由
左心室—主动脉—各级动脉—全身毛细血管—各级静脉—上下腔静脉—右心房,动脉
血变成静脉血。小循环是指将含氧少而含二氧化碳较多的血液(静脉血)经由右心室—
肺动脉—肺毛细血管—肺静脉—左心房,静脉血变成动脉血。
Systemic circulation and pulmonary circulation of human body: Systemic circulation
is the great circulation of human body, and pulmonary circulation is the small circulation
of human body. The great circulation refers to the circulation of bright red blood (arterial
blood) containing more oxygen and nutrients upon ventricular contraction via Left ventricle-
Aorta-Arteries at all levels-Systemic capillaries-Veins at all levels-Superior and inferior vena
cava-Right atrium, changing arterial blood to venous blood. The small circulation refers to
the circulation of blood (venous blood) containing less oxygen and more carbon dioxide via
Right ventricle—Pulmonary artery—Pulmonary capillary—Pulmonary vein —Left atrium,
changing venous blood to arterial blood.
