3.3 关于“五大导引作用原理” “Principle of 5 Guiding Actions”
3.3.1 微循环导引 Microcirculation guiding
以中医气血理论为基础，采用微晶磁振技术加超低频能量波技术，通过脚底接触
后与细胞产生同频共振转换成自主热，能量波经由经络和血液传导，并通过血液、体

液将热量由下而上，由内到外向全身循环传导，接受到共振波后，细胞被动运动，血
液循环加快，体温上升至 39℃～ 41.5℃，产生亚高温综合效应，使血管及毛细血管扩
张、血流量增加，人体机能在亚高温热效应下，从脚部向上，调节代谢平衡，提升温度，
打通微循环，激活细胞活性，促进代谢，达到祛湿除寒、化瘀排毒、调理气血、提高

免疫力，进而起到康复调理、改善体质的导引方式。
Based on the TCM theory of qi and blood, the microcrystalline magnetic vibration
technology and ultra-low frequency energy wave technology are adopted, to produce co-
frequency resonance with cells after contact with the soles of feet, and convert it into

autonomous heat; transmit the energy wave through meridians and blood, and circulate the
heat from bottom to top and from inside to outside through blood and body fluids. After
receiving the resonance wave, the cells move passively, the blood circulation is accelerated,
and the body temperature rises to 39 ℃ ~41.5 ℃ , resulting in the comprehensive effect of

sub-high temperature. The blood vessels and capillaries are dilated and the blood flow is
increased. Under the heat effect of sub-high temperature, the human body can adjust the
metabolic balance, raise the temperature, get through the microcirculation, activate the cell
activity, promote metabolism, and achieve the effect of eliminating dampness and cold,

removing blood stasis and expelling toxin, regulating qi and blood, improving immunity, and
guiding rehabilitation and improving physique.
3.3.2 汤药导引 Decoction guiding

“导”是“向导、引导、带领、引路”的意思，“引”是“牵引、引导、引荐”
的意思，导引的核心是引药归经，指通过“导引”这种方式，来引导药物到达病变部
位或经脉，起到“向导”的作用，具有引药入经、直达病变、提高药效、辅助正气、
调和药性、降低毒性的功效。

“Guiding” means “to guide, divert, lead and pilot”, with the core purpose of
guiding drugs to the meridians, i.e. guide and divert drugs to the diseased parts or meridians,
to achieve the effect of guiding drugs into meridians, directly reaching the lesion, improving
drug efficacy, supporting vital qi, coordinating drug properties and reducing toxicity.
