Posture 11 Knock


                       第十一式  扪

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                   wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                   Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping the
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   ground (Figure 3-11-1).
         原步通臂拳二十四式     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,
                   双手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-11-1)。

                       Take a left step, move the left arm, and knock

                   from the outside to the inside (Figure 3-11-2); si-
                   multaneously pushing the elbow forward (Figure
                                                                       Figure 3-11-1
                   3-11-3); Retrieve the right step, twist the body and
                   knock the right elbow, and strike forward (Figure 3-11-4).
                       上左步,出左臂,自外向里扪(图3-11-2);同时向前顶肘(图

                   3-11-3);收右步,拧身扪右肘,向前击打(图3-11-4)。
