Posture 12 Pull


                      第十二式  拽

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                 wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                 Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping the
                 ground (Figure 3-12-1).

                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,
                 双手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-12-1)。

                      Strike left fist to the front to protect the head

                 (Figure 3-12-2, 3-12-3). Pulled the left fist against   Figure 3-12-1
                 the rib down from the ear, and strick the right fist

                 forward from the waist, with the fist facing forward (Alternate both sides
                 when training in place.) (Figure 3-12-4).
                     左拳前挂护头(图3-12-2、图3-12-3);左拳自耳部贴胸肋下拉,
