the same time, relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso left, the right fist traveling
left against the waist. The left palm twining directly smacks the outside part of the
right elbow twining reversely in front of the body, the face of fist against the navel,
the chest drawn in. The eyes look right and forward. (Figures 64-5a and 64-5b)
6. The weight shifts onto the left leg. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the
body slightly left, the right knee twining reversely to rise. At the same time, with
the shoulder joints pivoting, the left palm and the right fist, sticking to each other,
twine reversely to arc up and left, pausing at level with the left ear. The eyes look
right and forward. (Figures 64-6a and 64-6b)
