4. Shift the weight onto the right leg. With the right hip sinking, the left knee
twining reversely lifts, the torso turning right. At the same time, the left elbow closes
in to align with the left knee. The eyes look down to the left front. (Figure 5-4)
5. Turn the torso slightly right. At the same time, with the toes turned up and
in, the left foot twining reversely slide-steps half a foot left and backward on the
inside heel, the weight sinking low, but still more on the right. (Figure 5-5)
