elbow closing in, and the right one to the right front of the right shoulder, the heart
of fist facing out, the eye of fist facing left, the left shoulder protruding. The right
elbow aligns with the right knee. (Figure 9-2)
3. Relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso left, with the weight shifting first
left and then right. At the same time, the left fist twining reversely and the right one
directly pull left and down, with the right one in front of the abdomen, the heart of
fist facing up, the eye of fist facing right and forward, and the left one outside the
left knee, the heart of fist facing down, the eye of fist facing right and forward, the
right shoulder protruding. The eyes look right and back. (Figure 9-3)

4. Turn the body right. At the same time, with the knees leading energy, the
