Posture 13 Bi Shen Chui (Body Defending Punch)

                  1. Relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right, with the weight shifting
slightly left. At the same time, the left palm and the right fist, sticking to each other,
travel right in an inner arc in front of the abdomen.
Without a pause, relax the left hip joint, and turn the torso left, the weight
shifting slightly right. At the same time, the left palm and the right fist, sticking to
each other, travel left in an outer arc in front of the abdomen.
Without a pause, relax the right hip joint, and turn the torso right, the weight
shifting to be evenly distributed across the feet. At the same time, the left palm and
the right fist, sticking to each other, travel right in an inner arc to rest in front of the
abdomen, with the elbows protruding, leaving the armpits open. As the right fist
and the left palm travel in a horizontal circle, the waist also rotates in a horizontal
              circle in the same direction.
Without a pause, the right fist opens into a palm. The palms twining slightly
directly pull apart, facing up, with the fingers pointing to each other and the elbows
              drawn in. (Figure 13-1)

crossed at wrist (the right one inside), with the left one facing right and the right
one facing left. The fingers of both hands point up. At the same time, with the toes
