Posture 13 Prop up


                       第十三式  撑

                       Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly
                   wider than shoulder-width. Keep the body upright.

                   Clench both fists, with all ten toes gripping the
        Yuanbutongbi Quan: 24 Postures
                   ground (Figure 3-13-1).
         原步通臂拳二十四式     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,双腿屈蹲,
                   双手握拳,十趾抓地(图3-13-1)。

                       Strike left fist to the front to protect the head

                   tional action).

                       左拳前挂护头(图 3-13-2、图 3-13-3)(其中图 3-13-2 为过渡动作)。
                       Twist the right fist from the rib and push forward, while the left fist is

                   pulled to the chest to protect the rib. The power of the right fist reaches the
                   face of the fist (Alternate both sides when training in place.) (Figure 3-13-4).

                       右拳自肋部拧扣前冲,左拳护肋拉至胸部,右拳力达拳面(原地训
                   练,互为左右)(图3-13-4)。
