Posture 14 Upward push


                      第十四式  上掤

                      Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
                 der-width. Keep the body upright. Arms hanging down naturally, with all

                 ten toes gripping the ground (Figure 3-14-1).
                     预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双臂自然下垂,十趾抓

                 地(图3-14-1)。

                      Take a right step and turn sideways, put one hand behind the other
                 (Figure 3-14-2); Raise your arms and apply force from your waist (Figure

                 3-14-3).
                      上右步侧身,双手一前一后(图3-14-2);双臂上掤,力发于腰
