Posture 15 Downward thrust
第十五式 下搠
Follow the last posture, shift the center of body down, and sit in the
crotch (Figure 3-15-1).
接上动,重心下移,坐胯(图3-15-1)。

Block and chop with the right palm downwards (Figure 3-15-2).

Posture 16 Taking Fire Under the Dark
第十六式 暗下取火
Commencing form: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoul-
der-width. Keep the body upright. Clench both fists, with all ten toes grip-
ping the ground (Figure 3-16-1).
预备势:双脚开立,略宽于肩,立身中正,双手握拳,十趾抓地
(图3-16-1)。
Slash the left arm forward and take a right step (Figure 3-16-2).
54 左臂向前劈砸,上右步(图3-16-2)。
