Slash the right arm from top to bottom and hit the ground, with the
                 purlicue facing upwards. Strike the fist with the left arm backwards and
                 bend the knee (Figure 3-16-3).

                     右臂自上向下劈砸至地,拳眼向上,左臂向后撑拳,屈膝叠步(图

                 3-16-3)。
                      Raise your body and chest, lift your right fist upwards and backward

                 (Alternate both sides when training in place.) (Figure 3-16-4).
                     仰身挺胸,右拳向上后挑(原地训练互为左右)(图3-16-4)。
